20130508 What's for lunch?

Had a snack midmorning An oz of nuts and a cup of coffee



Then on to lunch (and beyond) About 15 Wheat Thins - Lughing Cow light swiss wedge half a boiled chicken breast an apple and an orange. Drinking water today instead of green tea.

Frosted Mini Wheats and Coffee. That's how I start my day.

Jose Ole and about an ounce of shredded cheddar out of that baggie to take away the cardboard taste

20130507 Let's call this Lunch

Some Chicken Salad and some Mixed Fruit , and a diet Coke. Followed by some afternoon coffee.


 

20130507 Snack and pre-Lunch

Had my usual ounce or so of Virginia Peanuts and green tea. Now chomping on about 15 Wheat Thins with a wedge of Laughing Cow light swiss. Not enough to get me to 7pm tonight. We'll have to scrounge up some more grub here shortly.

20130506 I can not tell a lie....

Yes I ate the PIZZA PIE. 2 Slices thin pepparoni and cheese. Yum. Time to take a walk. A long long walk.
