20130504 Lunch

If you are actually following along with my food intake - you will notice a lot of repeated meals. Here is today's lunch

Mixed Veggies from Sam's Club
Chicken Salad (We take the premade stuff and "dilute" it with plain boiled chicken to bring the fat and calorie count down)
10 Wheat thins
